Abstract
An optical frequency comb from a semiconductor-based mode-locked laser with temperature-stabilized intra-cavity etalon held in a vacuum chamber is demonstrated to have <100 kHz variation over >12 minutes, and fractional deviation of 2×10−11 at 50 ms.
