Molecular Orientation Analysis of Organic Thin Films by z-Polarization Raman Microscope

Abstract

Molecular orientation of organic thin films, which can affects the carrier mobility, has been investigated by using spatially controlled polarizations. We have also discussed the molecular orientation dependence on local grain shapes within the film.
