Random access multiphoton (RAMP) microscopy for investigation of capillary-level cerebral blood flow mechanisms

Abstract

We have implemented a microscope employing acousto-optical deflectors that enable nearly simultaneous monitoring of many capillary-level blood vessels in mouse brain. We will report our microscope design and experimental progress.
