Photorefractive Two-Wave Mixing for Adaptive Coherence Domain Detections

Abstract

Photorefractive two-wave mixing based on either diffraction or photoelectromotive force has been tested for a low superluminescent light emitting diode. We demonstrate potential applications of two-wave mixing in photorefractive quantum wells for coherence domain detections.
