Abstract

We developed a high-speed Anti-Brownian Electrokinetic trap capable of trapping sub-10nm fluorescent objects in solution. Single chaperonin enzymes loaded with Cy3-ATP are trapped, and display stepwise photobleaching intensity traces corresponding to the ATP binding stoichiometry.
