Near-Infrared Ground Plane Cloak Based on Silicon Nanorod Array

Abstract

An optical frequency ground plane cloak was implemented using silicon nanorod array. The cloak performance was directly visualized by the near-field scanning optical microscopy. The experimental data agreed well with the numerical simulations.
