Phase from Defocused Color Images

Abstract

We introduce a method for recovering phase information inspired by the Transport of Intensity Equation (TIE). Instead of images at multiple planes, we use defocused images at a single plane with multiple wavelengths; three wavelength data can be determined using standard camera Bayer filters.
