Live Cell Imaging with Field-Based 3-D Microscopy

Abstract

We report field-based 3-D microscopy for high resolution 3-D mapping of refractive index in live cells and tissues. The technique features simultaneous detection of phase and amplitude of light at multiple incident angles of illumination. Article not available.
