Cell Tracking by Using Nonlinear Cross-Correlation

Abstract

In this work we present a computational cell tracking task using preprocessing techniques jointly with nonlinear filtering joint and cross correlation technique. Nonlinear filtering technique increase tracking robustness respect suddenly shape and size cell changes.
