Abstract

This paper presents fabrication of all-optically-addressed-deformable-mirror-MEMS driven via an array of photodetectors. Each deformable mirror is suspended over a PIN photodetector structure. It was possible to drive the MEMS optically and this was demonstrated experimentally.
