Study of the dispersion of nonlinear refraction in InSb

Abstract

We studied the nonlinear refraction due to bound electrons in InSb using femtosecond pulses in the range of 8-13 pm and show that the nonlinear refraction coefficient changes sign at a wavelength around 10 pm.
