Coherence Properties of CdSe/ZnCdMgSe Selfassembled Quantum Dots Photoluminescence Under Femtosecond Pulse Excitation

Abstract

The photoluminescence from quantum dots ensemble excited by femtosecond pulse excitation is shown to be mutually coherent by the observation of the high contrast of the interference fringes.
