Organic-Inorganic Nanostructured Composites with Large Optical Nonlinearity for Optical Applications

Abstract

We calculated several orders of magnitude enhancement in the third-order optical nonlinearity of organic-inorganic nanopatterned materials. We also show how to make the quantum dots, a nanoscale grid, and pattern the dots within the grid.
