EL Spectral Topography of Emission Surface in Polymer-Blend Light Emitting Diodes

Abstract

The spectral imaging for electroluminescence characterization in a blend-polymer LED was performed. Electroluminescence spectral images varied with increasing applied-voltages. Such variation may originate from the transfer of emission site in a blend-polymer layer.
