Pixelated Mask Spatial Carrier Phase Shifting Interferometry: Algorithms and Associated Errors

Abstract

The pixelated mask spatial carrier method for vibration insensitive phase shifting interferometry was recently developed by 4D Technology Corporation [1]. This paper presents an analysis of errors associated with this technique along with a comparison to standard linear spatial carrier algorithms.
