Spectral Interferometric Raman Imaging

Abstract

We propose a spectral interferometric Raman imaging technique to easily separate a resonant signal from a non-resonant background. The technique combines three advantages desirable for microscopy namely, a single femtosecond laser, selective excitation, and complex χ(3) measurement.
