DFWM Spectroscopy of Quantum Dot Glasses

Abstract

This DFWM χ(3) spectroscopic technique uses a tunable optical parametric oscillator producing ~5 nsec pulses and provides essentially background-free spectral measurements. We fabricated the III-V quantum dot samples by thermally processing Schott glass filters.
