Temperature-dependent band-gap, lineshapes and dephasing in CdSe nanocrystals

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Non-linear optical studies of CdSe semiconductor quantum dots are reported. Three-pulse echo peakshift is used to explain the anomalous shifting of the band gap and variation in lineshape as a function of temperature. Time-integrated two-pulse echo is used to probe the effect of disorder and passivation on the dephasing. Full-text article is not available.
