Pd film based pyroelectric detector for registration of power laser IR radiation

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Thin Pd film on pyroelectric must be implanted by Ar+ ions after deposition. Such processing increases the adhesion between the film and the substrate and modifies the surface structure of thin film, what allow to develop nonselective detector in the wide spectral range (1-15 micron) with the best technical parameters.
