cw THz spectroscopy with quantum-cascade lasers

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We have used THz quantum-cascade lasers in magneto-optical studies of semiconductors from 1.5 K to room temperature in magnetic fields up to 10 T. Cyclotron resonance in InAs and InSb quantum wells will be discussed in detail. Also, construction of an ultracompact optically-detected THz resonance system will be described. Full-text article is not available.
