Abstract

Advances in blazed grating fabrication through electron-beam and x-ray lithography are presented, which allow the realization of concentric spectrometer forms with highly desirable properties covering a wide variety of applications, from airborne and spaceborne imaging spectroscopy to in-situ Raman or reflectance microspectroscopy. Design examples and experimental results are shown.
