Abstract

We present our most recent results on the development of a novel optical computed tomography microscope for three-dimensional (3-D) imaging of absorption-stained biological tissue. A 3-D image is reconstructed from 2-D projections of the sample taken under different angles of illumination appointed with the aid of a spatial light modulator.
