Abstract

A 6.65 m spectrometer has been fabricated indigenously using a concave grating of frequency 4800 grooves/mm for spectroscopic research of atomic and molecular gases using synchrotron radiation. Wavelength range of the spectrometer is 700Å to 2000Å with reciprocal linear dispersion of 0.3Å /mm and spectral resolution of 0.01Å.
