Abstract

Maintenance of appropriate interactions between tissue and its blood supply is critical to health and continuation of normal body function. Time-series optical imaging is a highly effective method for exploring and monitoring these interactions. For this purpose, we have developed a complete temporo-spectral optical imaging system, comprising instrumentation and software.
