Analysis of the Raman spectra from human urine samples using the PLS and PCR methods

Abstract

In order to obtain better concentration prediction results of the unknown urine spectra, the PLS and PCR methods were applied. The calibration model was composed with those methods for the prediction. The results of the two methods were compared by observing the correlation between the pre-examined and the predicted results.
