Abstract

TiO2-Au nanocomposite films were fabricated by sol-gel method. The Au densities for sol-gel film were changed between 97 TiO2-3 Au (mol %) to 80 TiO2-20 Au (mol%). Second harmonic characteristics of the films was observed using a SHG beam of LD pumped Q-switched Nd:YAG laser.
