Abstract
A two-beam, two-channel, two-photon flow cytometer is developed for both ex vivo measurement of cellular parameters and in vivo detection of fluorophores-labeled cells in live animals. Real-time detection of fluorescent microbeads in the vasculature of mouse ear demonstrates the ability to do flow cytometry in vivo.
