Abstract

A compact cavity ringdown spectrometer measures ambient concentration levels of CO2 in air with a precision of better than 0.065 ppm for 117 hours of continuous operation. The instrument demonstrates 0.14 ppm measurement variation over a 15°C ambient temperature range.
