Abstract

Current adaptive optics (AO) flood-illuminated retina cameras operate well below video frame rates with most acquiring retinal images below 1/5th Hz. To improve clinical utility, we have developed a novel bench top version that achieves continuous video rate imaging using a strobing fiber-coupled laser diode and scientific-grade CCD.
