Abstract

The Quadrature Tomographic Microscope (QTM) measures amplitude and phase of embryos utilizing four reference phases. Results from cell counting with the combination of QTM and Differential Interference Contrast (DIC) will be compared to conventional fluorescence imaging. These results show accurate cell counts can be produced without the use of stains.
