Abstract
Molecular imaging is a recent shift of the radiology paradigm in which contrast is generated via powerful in-vivo reporting technologies of genomics and proteomics. This tutorial reviews key principles of molecular imaging and focuses on optical reporting technologies and new optical imaging modalities and principles appropriate for in-vivo imaging and quantification in superficial and deep tissues.Full-text article is not available.
