Abstract

We developed the novel techniques of temporal and spatial-resolved nonlinear spectroscopy based on the transient grating, transient lens spectroscopy and near-field scanning optical microscopy. These techniques are powerful tool to characterize and understand the carrier dynamics and optical properties of InGaN/GaN-based light emitting materials.
