Abstract

In Fourier transform holographic storage set-up, by using a phase only SLM in 0 and π phase modes, the intense dc peak is optimally removed to obtain a homogenized Fourier spectrum. Reconstruction of the original data page from the phase image is performed using a novel technique incorporating interference phenomena.
