Abstract

There is demand for IR detectors that are sensitive both for amplitude and phase changes. For this purpose novel method of holographic photocurrent [1] may be used for characterization of materials and for highly sensitive detection of weak vibrations [2]. Here we report results on the low-power IR-laser induced holographic current, using symmetric and tilted experimental geometries and with two-dimensional electrode's array. For the first time tilted geometry was realized, that allow two-dimensional monitoring of the vibration source.
