Abstract

SPR based fiber optic biosensor for acetylcholine is reported utilizing enzyme entrapped Ta2O5 nanoflowers encapsulated in chitosan and rGO matrix as sensing surface. Sensor operates in 0–8 µM range with detection limit 73 nM.
