Enhanced Sensitivity of Nano-FTIR Spectroscopy

Abstract

Nano-FTIR spectroscopy enables spectroscopic surface characterization at nanometer scale spatial resolution using a broadband infrared radiation source. We will report on the effect of spectral filtering to significantly enhance the sensitivity of this method.
