Precision Doppler-broadened and Sub-Doppler Absorption Spectroscopy using Optical Frequency Comb Generators

Abstract

We report recent progress towards precision spectroscopy using optical frequency comb generators, including the first demonstration of multiplexed saturated absorption comb spectroscopy. Hyperfine splittings in the D1 electronic transition of 39K were observed with sub-Doppler resolution.
