Time-Resolved Fourier Transform Spectroscopy: Application to Chemical Kinetics

Abstract

Elementary gas-phase chemical kinetics can be studied using absorption-based time-resolved FTIR. We show that a Herriott cell can be used instead of a White cell to provide long absorption pathlengths.
