Abstract

Ultraviolet (UV) and vacuum ultraviolet (VUV;i.e., below 200nm) astronomy with the GHRS (Goddard High Resolution Spectrograph) and now the STIS (Space Telescope Imaging Spectrograph) on the Hubble Space Telescope requires accurate and complete atomic wavelengths, energy levels, and oscillator strengths.
