Compact TDLAS Based Sensors Using Interband Cascade Lasers for CH2O and CH4 Trace Gas Measurements

Abstract

Two compact trace gas sensors based on TDLAS are reported. The two sensors use two GaSb based interband cascade lasers and novel dense pattern multipass gas cells, which result in sensors of small size, high sensitivity and low power consumption.
