Optical Flow Switching Based on Time-Shift Scheduling

Abstract

Novel global time-shift scheduling for optical flow switching is proposed, which takes into account the propagation delay of optical path. Numerical simulation demonstrates higher throughput and better wavelength utilization, compared with conventional scheduling algorithm.
