Abstract

A parallel architecture modulator is demonstrated which offers SFDR>25dB across a 1.4V bias range compared to just 0.5V in a conventional MZ-EOM. Additionally, RoF UWB signal EVM is improved by 2.2dB after 57 km transmission.
