Abstract

A multipurpose integrated preclinical device that combines Blood-Brain Bar- rier permeabilization, Photo-Thermal Therapy (PTT) with photoacoustic thermometry, was developed as a novel preclinical versatile research instrument for the development of new PTT for Glioblastoma multiforme.
