Assessment of the Alzheimer Progression with Multiwavelength Stokes Polarimetry

Abstract

Multiwavelength Stokes polarimetry imaging is used for screening fixed bulk mouse brain tissue blocks at different stages of Alzheimer’s disease, providing statistically significant difference sufficient for quantitative analysis of brain tissue.
