Improving Precision in Time-Gated FLIM for Low-Light Live-Cell Imaging

Abstract

Minimizing stress to live-cell systems during imaging is critical. Time-gating optimization and image denoising were employed independently and in combination to significantly improve precision in low-light time-gated FLIM.
