Frequency-Domain Optical Diffusion Tomography of Fluorescent Proteins

Abstract

We propose utilization of a relatively new method, Fluorescence Frequency-Domain Optical Diffusion Tomography, in application to fluorescent proteins visualization. Preliminary experiments with DsRed fluorescent protein using experimental setup with low-frequency modulated light were conducted.
