Depolarization effects in human tissue investigated with transversal PS-OCT

Abstract

In this study we used a phase resolved polarization sensitive optical coherence tomography (PS-OCT) system to investigate depolarization effects of different human tissues. Skin, cornea, iris, and retina of healthy human volunteers were measured.
