Hybrid refractive-diffractive null corrector for high accuracy figure metrology of deep aspherical surfaces

Abstract

Hybrid diffractive-refractive null corrector for testing deep asphere in Fizeau interferometer was designed and fabricated. The simple new method for aligning all the elements of optical scheme was developed and tested. Experimental results on asphere testing are presented.
