Grating fabrication using a novel interferometric recording method with real time control of local exposure level

Abstract

The method is based on using a fixed master grating and moving slits. The grating generates two recording beams and two real-time monitoring beams. Sinusoidal gratings having locally variable modulation depth have been fabricated successfully.
