Tomographic incoherent digital holography using a lattice light-sheet microscope

Abstract

We present tomographic fluorescence imaging using an incoherent detection technique on a lattice light-sheet microscope (LLSM) without moving sample stage or the detection objective. The system provides an adaptable low excitation and high-resolution 3D image.
